Career and Company: In the journey of life catching the bus of career isn’t a easy thing to do, but getting a seat in it is even more difficult task to do. So, many options available for choosing the career plan. Here, I am going to talk about my career plan guys after the graduation. I am completing my study in Fall 2019. I want to work in the management field. Actually, in the management career involve the activities regarding the strategy of the organization and coordinating the hard work of the employees. Management field is also related to my program and this is interesting work for me. I have also chosen a company in which I want to work that is ‘Walmart Warehouse ‘located at Brampton as an area Manager in the Packing department. We all know that Walmart is the American multinational retail corporation as well as this is the third largest retail corporation in the united states.
Job as an area Manager and Experience: For the manager they have to complete some requirements as well as qualification to get a job as an area manager in the Walmart like degree in business, logistics and 1-year experience as a supervisor. Some additional requirements are also used in this filed like Microsoft office experience. Currently, I am pursuing my study, after completing my graduation I want to get these experiences which is helpful for me to get a job in the Walmart warehouse as a manager. There are also some responsibilities which is necessary for the manager to complete like trained the employees and monitoring the activities of the workers and guide them about the policies and procedures of the warehouse. Manager also manage the productivity of the area of workers and make the business reports. Implementing the business plan and scheduling the duties of the employees and participating in the hiring, coaching, promotion and evaluation of the leaders.

My experience: Nowadays, I am already working in the Walmart warehouse which is located at Brampton and I am working here part time job from September 2018. There, I work in the packing department which is very beneficial for me to get a job as an area manager because I learned so many things how can pack the different products according to the size as well as learned about the responsibilities of packer. There are different departments like receiving, stowing, picking and Packing and all department perform different duties to deliver the product to the customer.

Reasons
behind choosing this career: There are many reasons behind choosing this career and company. I know
this is not easy to get a job of manager but this is interesting work for me.
The first and foremost reason is that give good package and bonus. Moreover,
Manager have to also gathering so many information which is help to observe and
find out that where things are right and wrong. Sometimes workers do not want
to tell all the feeling regarding the work if manager is good listener and have
good intention to understand the situation so this job is helpful for me to
grow the skills. Walmart is giving more priority to their workers and give the
promotion according to the work performance so that I can easily get a job in
this field. I have also choosing this filed because there is also physical work
which is beneficial for me to maintain a good health. I am already working there and I have
knowledge about my department. This job is also safer for me and good start for
my life. So, that I am fully confident and satisfied about my life.
